At Pokémon Store, we want you to love your trainer gear, but if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and accessories are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
